Terms of Service


These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and applications operated by Codeapex LLP under the “BentoStation” name, including but not limited to the domains listed below (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


1. Official Domains

The Service is made available through the following domains and subdomains, and Codeapex LLP reserves the right to add or remove domains at its discretion. You agree that any official communication from us will come only from these domains:

  • bentostation.co (landing page)
  • thebentostation.co
  • thebentostation.com
  • app.bentostation.co (dashboard/web app)

Codeapex LLP does not engage in any cold‑calling; any marketing or transactional emails will originate only from these domains or their authorized mail servers.


2. Description of Services

  1. Landing Site (bentostation.co): Introductory and informational site.
  2. Dashboard & Web Apps (app.bentostation.co): User dashboard where restaurants configure menus, view analytics, and manage orders (currently in demo/testing mode with Stripe test credentials).
  3. Delivery Suite:
    • Web Dashboard (for restaurant staff)
    • Tablet App (for in‑house order management)
    • Driver Mobile App (for fulfillment)

You may explore all features in demo mode, but no actual payment transactions or live deliveries occur until a production agreement is in place with a restaurant.


3. Account Registration & Data

  • Account Types
    • Dashboard Users register with email (or Google OAuth).
    • Driver App uses a dummy phone‑number login during testing.
  • Data Collection
    • Profile details you submit (name, email, menus, images).
    • Usage analytics (see our Privacy Policy).
  • Data Retention
    • We retain active‐account data for the life of your account, plus two years thereafter.
    • You must provide accurate information; you remain responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Licensing, Fees & Support

  • License
    • Upon purchase, we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the software suite for your restaurant.
    • You retain ownership of all menus, images, and other content you upload; you grant us a royalty‑free license to use that content solely to provide the Service.
  • Fees & Payment
    • One‑time software fee, tailored per restaurant.
    • No subscription plans at present; no refunds after payment.
    • Production rollout collects live payments via Stripe or your chosen gateway.
  • Support & Maintenance
    • Includes one (1) year of bug fixes and dependency‑upgrade support.
    • Post‑support work or custom feature requests billed at our standard hourly or project rates.


5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to, and will not encourage or assist any third party to:

  • Disrupt, overload, or impair the Service (e.g. DDoS, brute‑force).
  • Reverse‑engineer, decompile, or scrape data from the Service.
  • Send spam, unsolicited communications, or unauthorized API calls.
  • Use the Service to host or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Circumvent usage limits in demo or production mode to incur excessive costs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.


6. Third‑Party Services & Cookies

  • We use Google Analytics to help understand usage patterns; you may opt out via your browser settings.
  • Essential cookies are used for session management.
  • We do not use cookies for third‑party advertising.


7. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we’ll post the revised Terms here and send an email notice at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.


8. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED).
  • Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEAPEX LLP’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IN ANY 12‑MONTH PERIOD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.


9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codeapex LLP and its partners, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.


10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, your license to use the software immediately ends, and we may delete or disable your account and data in accordance with our Data Retention policy.


11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
